Agency Settings
The Settings page is where you configure everything about your agency — from branding and billing to team management. Access it anytime from the sidebar.
Branding
Make AvviBill feel like your own by customizing your agency's branding. These details appear on invoices, contractor portals, and all outgoing communications.
Uploading Your Logo
- Go to Settings → Branding.
- Click the "Upload Logo" button.
- Select an image file from your device (PNG or JPG, recommended size: 256×256px).
- Your logo will appear immediately in the preview. Click "Save" to apply.
Tip: A square logo with a transparent background works best and looks polished on invoices and the dashboard.
Changing Your Agency Name
- Under Settings → Branding, find the Agency Name field.
- Update the name to whatever your business is called.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply.
Your agency name appears on:
- All invoices sent to clients.
- The contractor portal when contractors log in.
- Email notifications sent from your agency.
Billing & Plan Management
AvviBill offers flexible plans to grow with your agency. You can upgrade or manage your subscription directly from Settings.
Available Plans

| Free | Basic invoicing, up to 3 contractors, essential features. |
| Pro | Unlimited contractors, auto-invoicing, priority support. |
| Max | Everything in Pro, plus advanced reports, custom branding, and dedicated support. |
Upgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Settings → Billing.
- You'll see your current plan highlighted at the top.
- Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Max" depending on your needs.
- You'll be redirected to a secure Razorpay checkout page.
- Complete the payment, and your plan is upgraded instantly.
Tip: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You'll have access to all new features right away — no need to log out or refresh.
Managing Your Subscription
- View your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date under Settings → Billing.
- Download past payment receipts for your records.
- To change or cancel your plan, use the "Manage Subscription" button.
Team Management
If your agency has multiple administrators, you can invite them to help manage contractors, invoices, and payouts.
Inviting an Admin
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click the "Invite Admin" button.
- Enter the new admin's email address.
- Choose their role:
- Admin — Full access to contractors, invoices, payouts, and settings.
- Viewer — Read-only access to dashboards and reports.
- Click "Send Invite".
The invited team member will receive an email with a link to join your agency as an admin.
Tip: Only agency owners can invite new admins or change team member roles. Regular admins cannot modify team settings.
Managing Team Members
- View all current team members under Settings → Team.
- Change a member's role by clicking the "Edit" button next to their name.
- Remove a team member by clicking "Remove" — they will lose access immediately.
